Celebrating the Dads and Grads of our Team this June

As we reach the halfway point in our calendar year, our team has accomplished several important milestones.

We continue to provide exceptional quality control for our clients. From public to private sector customers, we know their standards are high and so are ours. We also train and promote our existing employees, so they feel a sense of achievement and pride in their contributions. We celebrate professional accomplishments and express gratitude for our team with employee appreciate events. And we have another six months to go!

Last month, we celebrated the fathers and graduates who work for us. We are proud of their accomplishments – whether that’s working as a service technician, an outstanding dad or recent graduate.

We have several employees who work alongside their dads. One example is Chris and his daughter Petra who work together for us in the Warehouse.

Professionally, we invest in our employee’s continued education. Recently, we sent Pedro and Jordan to two separate training courses in Woodland, Washington focused on basic rigging and inspection. The training was provided through Industrial Training International and included an overhead crane operator certification. These trainings provide valuable on-the-job experience for our employees.

We have employees that are continuing their college education and others who have been a father for many years. These are just a few examples of the dads and grads of our team. And we couldn’t be more proud!
