Aeroforge is pleased to receive approval from Advanced Ground Systems Engineering (AGSE) to become an authorized Service Center. The approval provides the company with continued partnership with Airbus and Boeing operators to repair and maintain vital engine stands and other AGSE products in North America.
Earlier this year, we sent two team members to California to participate in a training program at AGSE headquarters. This training included inspection criteria, maintenance and repair procedures, and load testing certification of Airbus and Boeing engine stands. This training affirms our commitment to being an AGSE authorized service center and the aerospace industry.
What is so important about engine stands? Well, engines need to be taken off aircraft and serviced to maintain quality performance and pass routine inspections from airlines. Just like any other tool, routine maintenance and repair must be done on these stands to ensure they properly protect the engine in transport and during maintenance operations. With this new certification, Aeroforge can repair and maintain engine stands to ensure the safety of the engine. Because of our authorization as a Service Center, you can be certain you are being provided OEM replacement parts directly from AGSE; not counterfeit parts. We can come to you and complete on-site service or at our facility located in Puyallup, Washington – roughly 45 minutes south of Seattle.
