Team member focus - Adrian Hill, Director of Sales

FAMILY

I have four kids (Kean 17, Kiyleana 15, Annabella 5, Brayden 1) and my wonderful wife Jamie. She is in the dental field and owns her own photography business. We live in the foothills of Covington and continually working on house projects. We enjoy taking vacations, traveling, and making memories together as a family.

THREE RANDOM QUESTIONS

What volunteering or passion projects do you do outside of work?

My wife and I are also Advocare advisors which is a health and wellness set of programs and workouts to help others do more with their life. I coach youth wrestling and assist at a local High School when I can. My family and I stay dedicated in our faith and attend our church regularly.  

What is a problem in the industry that your customers have to deal with that you want to solve?

I think the bar of greatness in the aviation maintence industry is far too low. Airlines and MRO's should be able to expect to receive a quality tool on the date that it was promised. This is pretty simple and not too much to ask for. I enjoy being on a team that believes this and is continually trying to do things better than they have ever been done before.

What got you into the work you are doing now?

I have been in the maintenance tooling and GSE world from my first job out of high school where I started on the production floor. I was always intrested in the field because my Mother was involved in the industry and I knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps. As I became more experienced, I investedin my career by going to school to obtain a degree in Business Management. With my roots in the manufacturing side of the industry, I transition to the sales and customer service side. My knowledge of tooling and the manufacturing process helped me better serve customers by understanding their needs beyond a surface level. I have a deep passion for serving others and helping in any way possible, so my role at Aeroforge is a perfect fit.
